I felt held by my grandmother.

My experience during the journey was one of being held. It started with being held by Ellie — I was so grateful for this place, and for the preparation to open up as a channel, to prepare your vessel even through what you are eating. That felt so kind, nurturing, and powerful. Then I felt my grandmother's hand on my chin and the top of my head, just letting me know she was there. Then I journeyed into the cave of the collective mother's womb, which is mine and hers and all. This was so profound, to be held. I hold my six children, my husband, even my own parents. What a gift to be held.

I cried for most of the session — not from sadness, but from recognition. It felt like remembrance was pulsing through my veins.

Something cracked open.

I did the new guided womb meditation and Egypt activation tonight, and something in me really opened — honestly, it almost feels like something cracked open. I was just following along until the part where Ellie guided us to visualize a golden light moving counterclockwise in the womb. The light started spinning faster and faster. That's when it shifted. I had this strong sense that I was traveling — like going backward in time. Out of nowhere, I saw myself as a man. I was in Egypt. It was hot. I had on some kind of traditional head covering. I was older, thin, with long hair and a beard. As the meditation continued, it felt like I was remembering this life.

I just feel Isis and Hathor around me supporting me.

I have set the intention to quit vaping for 2026. As the year has gone on, I've felt the pressure — asking myself when is the right time. Well, I lost my vape last night, and when I found it, my whole relationship to it changed. I put some zero nicotine juice in there, and have been nicotine-free for eighteen hours. Coming from someone who's been constantly vaping for the better part of seven years, this is nothing short of a miracle. Literally breaking addictions over here.

The womb that holds the blueprint of creation.

Full body chills. Inanna felt like the white dolphin that came through. I telepathically understood that it's a consciousness — that the dolphins are part of the collective healing frequencies, to work with women who can transmute those codes not just to heal themselves but to heal others. One of the white dolphins gave me a name: MÀE. When I looked at ancient Sumerian texts, it translates as MA — the womb, the mother-source — and ME — the divine pattern that shapes reality. Together: the womb that holds the blueprint of creation.

The frequency was so beautiful.

I did it yesterday and the frequency was so beautiful. I could feel the abundance codes of wealth, health and peace, and could hold the expansion. For months I've been levitating off the floor as the frequency coming through me was big for my container. Noticing a shift this week. Today I was exhausted, integrating, rested. And my stomach definitely unwound. Super grateful for this transmission.
